INTRODUCTION

The first of its kind in Asia, ICONUS 2008
will be an event to promote expertise on integrated approach
that unites and connects experts from multi-disciplines: policies
planners, urban planners, conservation consultants, building
designers, scientists and engineers towards the making of a sustainable
city. The conference will provide opportunities for Hong Kong
and international professionals to showcase their practical experience
and research findings on urban sustainability for an exchange
